Tienda Park, Phase 1, is now preleasing. Scheduled occupancy is for October 2006.

Currently, Tienda Park is not excepting business types of; Vacation Homes or Short-term Property Management Companies, Real Estate Sales Companies, nor any type of Adult or Sexual Oriented Business. Terms; 3 year lease, $2,100 per month for year 1 and 2, and $2,150.00 per month for year 3, plus tax. Includes CAM. A $4,500.00 move-in deposit (refundable) required with approved credit. A $2,000.00 (nonrefundable if cancelled) prelease deposit required to reserve a space, which will count towards the move-in deposit. Monthly payment due on the 1st day of each month.
